Returns Policy

We endeavour to make every customer transaction seamless. Adhering to the highest standards of quality control right from manufacturing to delivery, we take great care in creating and packing our products.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please consider the following options for return or exchange of the items.

 1.Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

A)An incorrect size or product design has been delivered to you i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation invoice.

B)If the product you receive has a genuine defect i.e., manufacturing defect. please share a photograph of this as soon as you have opened the packaging. (Photograph to be shared along with the request for return)

 2. All the bed linen items are hand block printed, variations that may seem like a defect in pattern n fabric are unique and beautiful facet of the genuine handwork of our artisan. Hence, bedlinen with slight motif /colour/print variation is the part of Hand Block printing process so cannot be exchanged.  A variation of 2-4cm in actual size is acceptable as the products are handmade from 100% cotton fabric.

 3. Please note that exchanges/ returns will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing.

 4.If your purchase meets the exchange /return criteria stated above in point 1 A and or B, the following process applies-

A)Please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information: - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. Please mention you order number in the subject line of your email.

B) Written communication via email at hello@meluha.shop, along with the order number and relevant pictures must be send. Please allow 1-2 working days for our team to revert. In case you don't hear from us within 3 working days via email please contact our team via Whats App on +852 59690622.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (HKT). We will investigate the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. 

 C)Once we confirm the exchange in writing, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days.

 D)Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, unwashed and all the original tags are intact.

 E)Please note that all internationally shipped orders are not eligible for returns.
